Muse Voice Transcription Pricing
Choose minutes by the way your work arrives: a recurring allowance for a steady recording schedule or a one-time pack for an occasional backlog. New accounts can test the workflow with 5 free minutes, and the same balance also covers the available AI tools.
Before you choose a transcription plan
- What counts as one transcription minute?
- Usage follows media duration, with each job rounded upward to a whole minute. For example, media lasting 12 minutes and 40 seconds uses 13 minutes. Downloading a different format from an already completed transcript does not consume the allowance again.
- How long does an unused balance remain available?
- A subscription allowance refreshes when its billing period resets, so remaining subscription minutes do not carry forward. One-time pack minutes stay in the account for one year and are used after the current subscription allowance has been exhausted.
- Can a file start when the balance is too low?
- No job begins unless the available balance can cover its calculated duration. This prevents a recording from stopping with only part of its transcript produced. Add a one-time pack, then submit the job again.
- Are AI tools restricted to a particular subscription?
- No. When summaries, analytics, or transcript chat are available, they consume the same credit balance used for transcription. Access is not unlocked by moving to a Pro or Max subscription tier.
- What happens after a plan is cancelled?
- You may cancel a monthly plan at any time, and it remains active through the end of its paid billing period. An annual plan continues until its paid term ends. A minute pack is a one-time purchase, so there is no subscription attached to cancel.
