Muse Voice (musevoice.pro) is an online transcription service that processes submitted audio or video on its servers and returns machine-generated text. Accessing or using the service means that you accept these Terms of Service. Do not use Muse Voice if you do not agree to them.
The service converts media you provide into a transcript. Automated output can be incomplete or incorrect, and you are responsible for checking it before quoting it, publishing it, or using it to make a decision. Your use of Muse Voice must comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws and regulations.
Some features require an account.
The Muse Voice service—including its AI models, algorithms, interface, documentation, and other platform materials—is protected by copyright law. musevoice.pro is the copyright owner.
You retain ownership of the audio recordings you submit and the transcriptions generated from them. That ownership does not transfer the underlying Muse Voice platform, technology, or intellectual property to you. You must also respect intellectual property owned by musevoice.pro and by third parties.
While using Muse Voice, you must not:
Operating Muse Voice involves account information, usage details, device information, cookies, and payment or billing information. The separate Privacy Policy explains what is collected, why it is used, and how media and transcripts are handled.
Purchases are final and non-refundable except where applicable law requires otherwise. Prices may change after notice to users. You agree to pay the charges attached to the plan you select, under the terms of the applicable payment method and plan.
We may suspend or terminate access at our sole discretion and without notice when we believe conduct violates these Terms or harms the service, its users, us, or a third party.
Muse Voice is supplied on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim warranties and representations concerning the service's accuracy, reliability, or availability.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, musevoice.pro is not liable for direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from use of the service or an inability to use it.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless musevoice.pro, its affiliates, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents against claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses, including attorneys' fees, that arise from your use of Muse Voice or a violation of these Terms.
The laws of the jurisdiction in which musevoice.pro operates govern these Terms, without regard to conflict-of-law provisions. Disputes connected with these Terms or the service will be decided through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable law.
We may modify these Terms at any time. A revision becomes effective as soon as it is posted on the website. Continuing to use Muse Voice after that posting signifies acceptance of the revised terms.
