A person can submit an audio or video file, make a browser recording, or import supported media by URL; the service processes that source on its servers and returns written text. Information used to operate Muse Voice

The service handles several categories of information. Each category has a specific operational purpose.

Account information

• Media and transcript records remain in your account until you delete them. Deleting a recording removes both its stored audio and its transcript.
• We do not sell recordings or transcripts, and we do not use either to train models.

Payment and billing information
